What payment options do you accept?
Currently, the ONLY payment method we accept is through PAYPAL, because its the only GUARANTEED SAFEST way to make a payment!
Unfortunately, because of past problems and lost payment, we currently do NOT accept any other form of payment!
Your payment must be made within 2 WEEKS of completing purchase; otherwise your order will be temporarily put on holdif we do not receive your payment within 3 months, then your order will be canceled PERMINANTLY!
The reason we set these limits is because if our customers delay their payments too long, itll prove to be problematic not only for us, but it will also affect the future purchases of other customers. So we strongly recommend ALL of our customers acknowledge these payment period limits and follow them as recommended.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We are located in Australia, so depending on the destination, if you live in Australia then your or order should arrive within 7 days. For International buyers, normally it takes about 14 - 28 days, depending on how further away your location is from Australia.
Do you accept refunds & returns?
Yes, but ONLY if your order was damaged DURING shipment! We always check our products are in tip top condition before we pack and ship them. So for any reason, your orders does become damaged during its shipment, then we will gladly issue you a full refund of the item price EXCLUDING shipping cost. The items MUST be returned within 30 days after you have received them, otherwise a refund will NOT be accepted!
We ONLY accept refunds if the products were damaged DURING shipment! We do NOT accept refunds if the items were damaged AFTER you receive them!
